Transformation will be the biggest opportunity to enable finance to drive business impact in the next 10 years. Being a great accountant will no longer be enough. Finance professionals will have to successfully design and implement game-changing transformations. Using the latest technology (including AI), everyone in finance will need to play a part in speeding up transformation. Success will depend on our ability to strategically plan, optimize process, manage change, adopt new technology and improve data quality.
This taster will help you understand what great finance transformation is, and how you can start making progress with planning and delivering change. It is the first hour of our 7-workshop series on enabling world class finance transformations.
Please note that this will be a collaborative session with breakout rooms and is restricted to 100 people. All participants must join with their camera on and be prepared to fully engage in the exercises to develop an essential modern-day finance skill.
